New gold locking Banana Plugs
for the Pro Market
(Hudson, NY) January 2005 - HAVE, Inc. announces new heavy-duty gold plated locking banana speaker connectors, made exclusively to their own stringent specifications, for the professional market.
"Our professional customers have been asking us for a high performance locking banana", says John Earl, HAVE’s cable specialist, "so we’ve designed them for performance, in two sizes, to allow for the use of a wide range of speaker wire gauges."
HAVE bananas come in 6 mm and 8 mm sizes, and feature gold plating, matching precision setscrews, and easy to use, tight locking banana ends. The 6 mm size will accept all speaker wire gauges down to 10 AWG, and the 8 mm size down to 6 AWG. "The only tools you need are a cable stripper and screwdriver," adds Earl, "unless solder connections are preferred for added security. All our own HAVEFlex speaker cable assemblies now use these bananas exclusively. We love them, and so do our clients."
