not Good-bye
(Hudson, NY) December 2005 - Timothy Wyman, VP of Sales for MultiMedia Services, has retired after 23 years at HAVE. We are saying "Au Revoir," with profound gratitude and thanks for his energy, caring, intelligence, "smarts," and leadership. We’ve been so fortunate to have with us talents of his kind, who have made HAVE what it is and what it will continue to be.
Timothy’s legacy lives in our company. Though change is inevitable in our MultiMedia Sales Team and in the entire MultiMedia Division, I believe that all the positive energies that came from Tim will continue — indeed --are imbedded within us. Our dedication to extreme customer service always, smart, ahead-of-the-game thinking, an openness to try new things, and clarity of communication are core values at HAVE, and have always been so.
For you, our customers, the transition is easy and natural. Kim McClean, who has been working with Timothy for over five years, will be the key contact for many of Timothy’s accounts. Dustin Bowlin, who has been working with us in our post facility, will be supporting Kim. In Kim and Dustin you will find an extraordinary knowledge bank of creative riches to assist you.

Pamela Mixa-Cranna has been a lead Account Executive for HAVE for over 8 years, and will be moving into the Team Leader Position. Her strong support has been, and continues to be Fritz Schwarz, again, an extremely knowledgeable, creative, experienced individual whose main focus has been to take the best care of our clients.
All together, this team is a powerhouse of experience, knowledge, and customer dedication, ensuring that all your needs will continue to be met.
We’ll all miss Timothy, for sure, and wish him the greatest happiness in his retirement. But it is "Au Revoir," not good-bye.
